Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Little Champs (4-12 Years Old)

Focuses on non-violent self-defense techniques. Teaches children to neutralize and negotiate with bullies. Includes verbal assertiveness strategies in the curriculum. No prior experience is required; noticeable increase in confidence within weeks.

Kids Muay Thai

Muay Thai Cubs (4-6 Years Old):

Introduction to Muay Thai for preschoolers (3-5 years old). Parents join for playful classes focusing on building comfort with movement. Basic techniques: stance, movement, and basic strikes in a fun and interactive way. Progression to Little Fighters once fundamental movement skills are developed

Junior Strikers (7-12 Years Old):

Focuses on refining Muay Thai techniques: proper form, strikes, and defensive maneuvers. Introduction to combinations and pad work to enhance skill and precision. Teaches discipline, respect, and the importance of focus during training. Progression to Advanced Strikers upon mastering fundamental techniques.

The Young Warriors Martial Arts Program is a comprehensive and engaging martial arts experience designed for children, focusing on both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our program emphasizes character development, physical fitness, technical proficiency, and self-defense skills.

Curriculum:

  1. Structured Progression: Students advance through a systematic belt ranking system in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a ranking system in Muay Thai, with each level building upon the previous one.
  2. Fundamental Techniques: Focus on basic striking and grappling techniques, positions, escapes, submissions, and self-defense techniques.
  3. Interactive Learning: Engage students in enjoyable and educational activities that encourage teamwork, skill development, and strategy.
